Refund policy

KazualTees' only goal is your overall happiness with your shopping experience.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately.  We will remedy your complaint if at all possible.   If you are still not satisfied, you may return the item in an unwashed, unworn, new condition within 60 days from delivery date for a refund of the item's full purchase price minus any original shipping costs.  After initiating a return request, our customer service department will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email along with instructions for packaging and drop off for a fast, free, no-hassle return.  Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of return for items meeting return conditions as stated above.
